This bracelet was created to be a reminder of mindfully nourishing the Body, Mind and Spirit connection. When you put on this bracelet, wear it with the intention of feeding your body, mind and soul. Connect all three to help support and create balance and harmony in your life. Don't just go through the motions! This bracelet is a reminder to take action. So put on this bad boy and don't take it off until you have done something to feed your body, mind or soul.
This bracelet is composed of 8mm amethyst, lava and sesame jasper beads.
You will receive a bracelet similar to the one pictured. Please keep in mind your bracelet is made from natural materials, so it may vary slightly from the picture. Each stone is unique, just like the person who wears it! Also please keep in mind colour may be slightly different in person as it can show up differently from device to device.
To figure out your bracelet size measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape. (If you don't have one that's okay! Just wrap a piece of string around your wrist, mark where it meets its end and hold it up to a ruler.) Add 1/2 an inch to your wrist measurement for a snug fit, or 1 inch for a loose fit.
For example, I have a 6-inch wrist, but I wear a 7-inch bracelet because I like a loose fit, and I usually wear, at a minimum, 3-4 bracelets in a stack so the extra space leaves enough room for everything.
This bracelet can be used as an oil diffuser bracelet, simply add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to the black lava stones and enjoy.

(The silver spacer beads in this bracelet are made out of electroplated hematite. Hematite is a natural stone. The electroplating is a permanent coating that will not tarnish or rub off. Think of it kind of like a tattoo, you would have to scratch it's surface extremely hard for any of the plating to wear off.)
