FAQ's

 Damaged Items
 All our pieces are packaged with extra love and care to ensure they are well protected during their travel to you. However, if you believe an item has been damaged during delivery please contact us ASAP so we can begin to rectify the problem. We will be happy to offer to exchange the damaged item with another of your choice, or fully refund the purchase price upon return. We do ask that you send a photo of the damaged item. We will only begin to fix the problem once the item has been returned in its original unworn state.
 
Returns and Exchanges
At Desiree Dawn Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items have NOT been worn, damaged, and are in the original condition that you received them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange your item for another or give you a full refund, excluding the shipping costs within the time frame (30 days). We cannot refund the duties and taxes on International orders as it is the customers responsibility for paying them.
Please note that all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Returns are not offered on custom orders or orders modified to your preferences. These pieces have been specially designed for you and due to their nature, are final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending an item for a refund.
 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number or insurance as we can’t accept responsibility for lost parcels. 
We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it has been used.
 
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 
Shipping
All in stock items will be shipped within 5 days once payment has been received. Made to order items have a production time of up to one week, please see the item’s description or email us for more information. If it is important that your order is received by a specific date, please email us ahead of time and we will do our best to send your package off quickly.
Please note: The shipping and delivery time does not include the production time of custom and made to order items. Desiree Dawn Designs items are handmade and can take up to one week to be crafted. If an in stock item is ordered with a made to order item, the in stock item will be shipped with the made to order item once ready.
Please be aware that shipping may occasionally take longer due to errors with the postal service, weather and other circumstances out of our control. 
 
Shipping outside of Canada
International Buyers are responsible for any custom fees and taxes that your country requires upon delivery. Items will be declared for the amount they are sold for on customs forms, any duty or taxes is 100% the international buyers responsibility by law.
 
Lost Orders
Desiree Dawn Designs is not responsible for items that go missing within Canada and internationally. If an item does go missing, which is very rare, we will lodge an investigation with the postal service and attempt to track it's location. Desiree Dawn Designs is also not responsible for address' that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
 
Desiree Dawn Designs will gladly replace a damaged product, caused by a manufacturing fault.
 
Desiree Dawn Designs is not responsible for personal breakage, damage, cracked stones, and normal wear and tear. Please be careful with your precious earth stones as they can easily shatter/chip or scratch if mistreated or dropped.
